Manufacturing and products
Is BLAYD SPORT a manufacturer or an intermediary?
BLAYD SPORT is a direct manufacturer. Production is carried out in our own factory, with checks at the various manufacturing stages, from production to finishing.
What sports do you offer?
We manufacture equipment for, in particular, football, futsal, BMX, rugby, volleyball and motocross. Other disciplines can also be considered upon request.
What products do you offer?
We offer personalized jerseys, jersey + shorts sets, shorts, BMX pants, leggings, joggers, tracksuits and hoodies. Ready-to-use, non-personalized products may also be available depending on stock.
What is your production capacity?
Our factory can produce up to 4,000 pieces per day, depending on the type of product and production organization.
Customization and 3D configurator
Are the products fully customizable?
Yes. You can customize in particular the name, number, logo, sponsors, colors and design of your kit.
Do you have a 3D configurator?
Yes. Our 3D configurator lets you create and modify the product, the design, add logos, sponsors, names and numbers, then preview the result before approval.
Does the design have to be approved before production?
Yes. The customer must check and approve the design before production begins. of manufacturing. Production only begins after approval.
What is the manufacturing of the personalized product based on?
Manufacturing is based on the design approved by the customer via the 3D configurator or the validation process provided for the order.
Can personalized products be returned?
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a proven manufacturing error on our part.
What happens in the event of a manufacturing error?
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing error on our part, BLAYD SPORT will handle resolving the issue in accordance its quality policy.
Textile quality and customization
What printing techniques do you use?
Depending on the type of product and the desired result, we use including sublimation, DTF, and flocking. These techniques are carried out in-house.
Do you use certified materials or inks?
We use certified OEKO-TEX® inks for the relevant applications and also offer recycled fabrics upon request.
Orders, MOQ, and wholesale
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Orders of 1 or 2 pieces are also possible with preparation fees 20 €.

International production and delivery times
What are the production and delivery times?

Are orders shipped DDP?
Yes. We offer delivery DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for the destinations concerned. The exact terms are specified in the quotation.
Sizes and care
How do I choose the right size?
Check the product's size chart. You can also take a T-shirt that fits you well, measure its length and width, then compare the measurements with our size guide.
How should sportswear be cared for?
We recommend washing at 30°C maximum, inside out and without a tumble dryer. Technical fabrics are designed to promote quick drying.
