Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Standard products: shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Customized products: made to order and shipped within 5–10 business days after design approval.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the destination country’s regulations.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Blayd Sport is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

As customized products are made to order, production timelines begin only after final design approval by the customer.
