Standard (Non-Customized) Products

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Customized / Personalized Products

Customized or personalized products are final sale.
They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return an eligible standard product and place a new order once the return is approved.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days for standard (non-customized) products.

This right does not apply to customized products, unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
